Dairy Queen sets record for the largest ice cream cake!

Last Tuesday, I witnessed Dairy Queen set a Guiness World Record for the largest  ice cream cake, weighing in at 21,000+ pounds! My neice and my nephew had so much fun marveling at the giant frozen structure. The cake was made of 20,000+ pounds of ice cream, over 200 pounds of sponge cake, and more than 300 pounds of icing and Oreo crumble. Hundreds of Torontonians gathered to take part in the excitement The best part is having a piece of it afterwards. Thank goodness for the warm weather!
The weather was perfect. I wore this simple jean and white shirt combo. Shirt from H&M, Cardigan from GAP Jeans from Abercrombie, Bangles from H&M/CNE, Wedges from TownShoes, Ashley Satchel purse from Coach, Sunglasses from Winners.
